I was told the late product was due to not providing sizes in time, but were given via e-mail 2 1/2 weeks earlier and provided printed copies to verify. When the shirts were done, I asked Matt Copeland what remedy normally occurs when orders are not on-time. The reply received was I dont give a **** about your e-mails and dates as we busted our *** to get you a product in 24 hours. Then Mr. Copeland asked me to go outside with him After to discuss the situation and having him in my face, he told me to pay for your **** and get the **** out of the store and never come back.
In addition to the shirts being late and receiving poor service, the product does not match the art proof that I was provided as the proof shows a bright gold logo on it and the final product has a grey/black logo on it.
