I'm A Customer For Life!. Let's see, where do I begin. I have gotten Botox, several facials, permanent makeup, and I go in for a bikini wax every couple months. I started going here three years ago after having a bad experience with another medspa. The thing that sold me on Skin RN is the time they take to teach you about how to take care of your skin and look younger and achieve the look that you want. Everyone is so friendly when I go in, I always look forward to it. I'm definitely a customer for life.

This is some serious stuff …. I got some acne scars during my pregnancy and decided to get laser skin resurfacing at Skin RN. It took about a week to heal (and it really hurt), but my acne scars are a lot less noticeable and I think I’m going to go in for one more session to make them completely disappear. The prices are great and I love Teresa.

Thanks for the review! It's true. Laser skin resurfacing does hurt. Most often we hear that it feels like an intense sunburn. And even though we do everything possible to minimize the discomfort using topical anesthetics, ice packs, and plenty of moisturizers after the procedure, some people find it more painful than others.
Laser skin resurfacing is our most aggressive procedure at Skin RN Aesthetics and it works by using a laser to make thousands of tiny holes in a person's skin that reach down into the dermis to allow new skin to grow and new collagen to form. That's how we can minimize acne scars with this procedure, by zapping the scar tissue down to the dermis, so that new healthy skin can replace it. And in most cases, 1 or 2 treatments is all you'll need.
I'm glad to hear that it worked. You should continue to see improvements for 6 months to a year after your treatment. Thanks again!

My Favorite Place To Get A Facial.
I just moved to Nashville a few months ago and a friend referred me to Skin RN. Everyone is very nice and I like the warm feeling. They are in a house that has been converted into a business on music row.
I just got a facial this week and I love it. Someone at work told me I was glowing so I had to write this review. I'm going to start getting waxing here and am thinking about laser hair removal.

Nashville's Best Kept Secret.
I have been getting waxing and laser hair removal at Skin RN for about two years.
The staff are friendly and highly educated about skin care and lasers. They have a HUGE variety of options for just about any kind of service you want.
If you decide to go there, you will see the front of the office when you drive down 17th Avenue, but the parking lot is around back so you have to drive down the alley behind their office to find it. But it's pretty cool because it's so private.
I would recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent personalized service, not pushy on sales, makes sure you get the right treatment at the right price.. Personnel are not pushy and take the time to make sure you get the right treatment and package (hence the free consultation). Very knowledgeable about the benefits of each service and how they work together (or don't). Dramatic difference in a short time.
