Joseph and the Suite One Salon Staff.
Joseph has been cutting my hair for years. I pretty much sit in the chair and he works his magic. I never question his judgement on color and cut. He has a wonderful attitude about his work. I treasure him as a friend and admire his passion for his profession.
The Suite One staff is great. It is a pleasure to spend time in their salon. I always look forward to my appointment.
Joseph is the BEST!. Joseph at Suite One Salon is fantastic...and I am super picky about my hair!! I think so highly of his skills that I've recommended him to friends and co-workers (even my boss, and you know that's very risky unless you are sure of great results) and they also love him!

I was very impressed with the Salon, very relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Joseph for the great cut and beautiful color. I am posting this to let others know where he is, since no one would give me this info.
This place ROCKS. I have been seeing Glory for years and I always get a GREAT haircut from her. They never push products on you, as soon as I walk in this place I am treated like I am number ONE. Michael the owner keeps me laughing all the time. Glory was going to come in at 7:30 am to accommodate my work schedule just so I could get a haircut because I couldn't make it after work to see her. They will meet your needs and help if you just ask! Heck even if I were bald I would still go here just to hang out with the staff.

As the owner and founder of suite one salon, I read the review by "so disappointed" and was blown away. Our salon has software that keeps records of everyone who comes into our business whether they receive services or just come in to purchase product. I contacted every one of our guests who visited us on that day, and who are all still guests of our salon and could not find any client who expressed dissatisfaction of any kind. Who could this be? As far as the other reviews go, they are all current guests of the salon, and if the anonymous person who has posted this extremely negative review would like to speak with them, please call the salon, or even better come by the salon and we will prove to you that our stylists are skilled and these reviews are real. I have owned the salon for almost 4 years now and yes, we have had a few clients cry before, but never about their hair. We cater to people with much more depth than that. The clients who have cried were crying for reasons like the death of a loved one, or maybe bad news on a health issue of some kind, never about a haircut, or color issue. Most any client feels comfortable talking about any issue with us- especially one involving their hair. We guarantee our work and if you are a real person, and have put the wrong day in your review, stop by and we will give you a full refund for the supposed disappointing service you received. As for those of you looking for a wonderful experience, we pride ourselves to be the best in our industry and treat our guest with the respect they deserve. Customer service is our priority. Please make sure the words you read are posted by a person who stands by their words and uses a real name.

So disappointed.. I have been so disappointed even angry that I decide to write my first review ever. All these existing reviews are five-star positive about Suite One. I definitely do not want to question these reviewers and their experiences. However, the haircut I received the other day was really really not professional and not satisfactory. Girls, did you ever cry after a bad haircut? I did. I had to visit another hairdresser yesterday to make sure I can go to work. There is no doubt that the hairdresser looked friendly. But seriously I will not visit them again even if I was so lucky to get the service from the worst hairdresser there. Finally, I do not mind paying 150 bucks or even more for professional service, but I do mind paying that much for nonprofessional service. One suggestion I would give to Suite One is that you at least should offer a service menu and a price list, which is another reason I cannot call this place professional. Maybe another suggestion: make sure all your hairdressers do really know how to cut hair.

THE place for THE hair. The hair styles I have received in Suite one, by Michael, has represented each chapter of my woman hood, only getting better and better. Words are limiting in describing the experience of "THE best hair cut/color." All you have to do is make an appointment and let Michael give you the best hair style of your life. Mark my words, you will never again question who to trust your "do" to...
BEST Hair in the City. Never have I looked 10 years younger...I had to grab a stack of Michael's cards from his shop, because I was running out of my own, only to write HIS NAME on the back! So many compliments...he's great with cuts..but even BETTER with color -- I used to be blonde..then brown....now grey..he makes me "natural"....not grey..that's all I need..took 10 years off my face. Do I dare share the secret...BOTOX...(truly, color)..but ssssh....he's the BEST.
My Hair is Suite One Salon's Greatest Advertisment. I get stopped on the street, in shops, restaurants…everybody asks me “who does your hair”? Do yourself a favor. Book your next hair appointment with Michael. I moved here from Boston, MA, and lived previously in NYC. I had incredible hairdressers in both cities, and was fearful that I would not find equal talent here. My hair has never looked better. I can say that I am more successful as a business woman thanks to him. My hair “conveys” success. As a result, I can buy less expensive clothing, and my hair makes everything I wear, look expensive! Michael “makes” me money, and “saves” me money, and all the while, I feel like a beautiful and successful woman. What woman doesn’t deserve the same?
