Worst Experience Ever.... I took my family for dinner at 6pm and the place was empty except for 2 people..We proceeded to get our plates and right off the sushi was hot and falling apart and if you are brave enough to eat raw fish it should be cold. I asked the waitress for rolls and never did get rolls the whole hour there. My husband got a big plate of fried shrimp and it was ice cold. He went and complained to front counter and the guy actually laughed in his face and said no one has been here so it got cold. I wonder how this was our fault?? Finally we had enough of the poor service and nasty food and got to pay. And surprise we paid full price and got laughed at and not once did we get an apology..We then asked for a owner/managers number and he gave us a number to call and when we called it to complain the waitress answered the phone just too tell us she was not the manager so needless to say they refused to give us a number..We will never eat here again and will be calling health dept. for cold sea food can make you ill and the better buisness bureau for being a bad buisness...Never eat here... At 9.25 a person this was awful...

Best Chinese Food Around!. We have never been sorry to eat at Grand Buffet Restaurant in Spring Hil TN. The food is cooked fresh and the buffet bins are always full. The food is rich with flavor and just the right temperature for your taste buds to go wild! Grand Buffet features a Sushi Bar and Mongolian grill and Dinner times mean seafood! Excellent dessert too all for an amazing price. Call them up and ask any question you want, there number is 931-486-3400 but be sure and go...it will become a favorite spot for you too.

Best Food In Town!. The buffet's always so fresh, tasty and variety at reasonable price. My wife and I could dine at this restaurant almost very day!

WORM in my FOOD!!!. found a WORM in my food...showed it to one of the staff there, and they STILL charged me...will NEVER go back!
