Great Food.
Blue Plate is fantastic. You have to get the hashbrown casserole and fried okra. It's about as traditional as it gets.
Pricing is right and the atmosphere is ok. It's been packed every time I have been there. It is probably one of the best breakfast stops in Huntsville.
