Super nice people...cozy environment

I just thoroughly have enjoyed my experiences here. I thought i would be self conscious during my first ever massage in November due to my weight but I was put so at ease it never entered my mind! It felt kinda like a cross between a doctors visit and a cup of tea with my sister. It was in no way super serious where i felt i couldn't talk during it or felt shy about saying hey its too much there! We actually laughed a bit and i felt 100% respected at all times!! Ive also attended a few classes and have just encountered some really nice down to earth genuine people. Nothing stuffy about the people or environment like other places ive been in the area with "big names".

• Pros: people, vibe, professionalism, lots of stuff on the calendar to be a part of, a positive space
• Cons: space is a bit tight at times but its cozy & everyone has a good sense of humor about space issues
