Best Burger in Boston!. Seriously, this place rocks. The burgers are excellent and cooked to perfection. Clean and friendly atmosphere as well. I've been here a few times with my kids and its a terrific place for families. Definitely put this on the top of your list of places to eat.

Very Good Family Place. We have been hitting Krazy's since it opened. We really loved it, great burgers and onion rings. I was there today and it looks clean to me (perhaps due to the heads up by fellow eaters!).

I was a little disappointed that the chicken in my wrap was so tiny, maybe that is to speed up cooking time, but it seemed like it was more breading than chicken. It was still pretty good!

Since I am on a soapbox, I will say that I wish they didn't cook the burgers so long. I know they have to worry about making someone sick, but I think they take it a bit too far. Eating burgers should be tasty and dangerous.

The fresh lemon-aide is a welcome treat since I refuse to buy carbonated sugar water and I am glad they offer the choice. My son loves to get the free cotton candy after eating and they have steak sauce, which he loves.

It's worth a try.

They could easily do a LOT better. This isn't a "destination" kind of restaurant. We went because it was right across the street from our apartments. The quality is somewhere in between a MacDonald's and roadside diner. I ordered a cheese burger and onion rings. I asked for my burger to be 'well done'. My friend had a "Chipoltle Burger" and fries. The dining room is large, slightly grimy all around, and bland. You pay when you order. (Both meals including sodas: about $20). You fill your own soda and take a number to your table to wait for an employee to bring your food. There were very few customers. Yet, we waited almost 20 minutes for the meal to be dropped off without a word by a woman with a blank look. The burgers came wrapped in foil paper. The onion rings and fries were in open cardboard containers. Nothing was hot. The onion rings were just warm to the touch. You could bite into them without any heat concerns. Same with the fries. We had to ask for ketchup and it was like it was their last bottle. The burgers were also warm - not hot at all. My first bite into my hamburger showed a fair amount of pink meat inside. It was not well done. It was not seasoned at all. They also forgot the cheese. I ate it anyway. You know how it is. If you complain, it just makes you lose your appetite and you have to wait again. The buns were fresh and sturdy. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were firm and fresh. The Chipoltle Burger had only a few peppers and was very mild. The sodas had plenty of fizz. The employees seemed blissfully bored. The few other customers looked content to bring their toddlers or a book. The place is kind of in it's own class. (Low.) It's priced a bit high considering the lack of quality. They do have a large menu. We might go back and try the beef tips they were advertizing. If we go back again it's only because it's just across the street. I wouldn't go a mile to spend my money there again. We didn't leave hungry and we didn't get sick. The place just needs some direction.

Clean up this act!!!. I went here for a quick bite last weekend and was extremely disappointed to find how this restaurant has gone downhill. My significant other and I found the high school students behind the counter had a "couldn't be bothered" attitude, and this was also evident in the cleanliness of the restaurant, which I'll get to in a moment. The quality of the food is just average and was quite sloppy this time (they overloaded my chicken sandwich with honey mustard), but it's good enough if you just want a quick bite in Arlington Center (you just have to scrape off the excess carelessness). However, be sure to bring a bottle of Purel with you because the dining room is ridiculously filthy. We sat down at a table to find that none of the tables had been cleaned off, despite the fact that the kids were not busy and there was only us and another couple in the restaurant for about an hour. The salt shakers, tables, walls, railings, etc., all had sticky fingerprints and food smeared on them. When one of the kids brought our food, he only mumbled under his breath "here you go, enjoy" as he was already walking away. I really liked this place when it first opened, but I doubt I will ever go there again...unless they really clean up their act!

User review by skit. Great Burgers. Chicken sandwiches lag in comparison.

Staff are friendly but service can be pokey.

Overll a nice addition to Arlington Ctr., and couples, singles, and families alike find a spot in the large dining area.

Juicy Burgers. Arlington Center, home to many fine Asian and Indian restaurants, finally has a great burger joint. Fashionably designed, Krazy Karry's is a destination, not just a local favorite. Juicy Angus burgers, tender, tasty chicken sandwiches, and fresh salads. The lemonade, squeezed right on the premises, is so good I can't drink bottled lemonade any longer. Runners hustle the fare right from the grill to your table. I've eaten at Krazy Karry's at least a dozen times and have yet to be disappointed.
