Amazing place for relaxation. The spa is absolutely beautiful and very, very clean. Although it is def a luxury for me it was a great treat to experience a true spa pedicure. HORRIBLE SERVICE!. The morons at Spa Royale ruined my sister's spa day birthday surprise by calling her to remind her of her appts--despite my specifically requesting they not do so. Whatever--mistakes happen. However, since i was spending over $300 there in one day and the surprise was ruined, I figured they ought to throw in a free service or at least apologize. No such luck--i was repeatedly ignored by the staff and the owner. They were also going to automatically charge my sister (whose credit card was on file there) without even checking.
