Touma's Bridal is fantastic! I was in my friends wedding a couple months ago and never had been to the store before. From the moment I walked in, they made everything so easy. In the past it has been such a headache. It wasn't at all though. They did the needed alterations for me and everything looked GREAT!

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews for places, service should be good regardless I feel. But Touma's totally impressed me. After ordering my bridesmaids dress I lost a bunch of weight and was terrified of the alteration bill...but not only did they fix my dress for cheap, they were just as excited for me to shed the pounds! I had such a great time in the store and highly recommend to others.

Very rude, PUSHY, store owner, WITH A SAD BRIDE. I went to Touma's Bridal Boutique January 29,2011 which was a Saturday and found a dress that Touma had ordered and we had paid for same day, but she had to order the right SIZE dress, when i got home it just didn't feel like i made the right choice i tried to call and cancel it within 48 hours and she refuses to give me my money back, i told her no special rush delivery was needed and she did it anyway just so her cancellation policy goes into effect, I have not yet got a conformation number so technically the dress hasn't been ordered and she will not work with me, I'm very disappointing and i would recommend NO ONE GO THERE! BAD NEWS PEOPLE!!!! SHES ONLY OUT TO GET HER MONEY DOESN'T MATTER IF THE BRIDES HAPPY!

Best Bridal Shop in Ft. Wayne!!. I recently tagged along with some friends to go dresss shopping in Ft. Wayne. We had an appointment at David's Bridal (which was absolutely horrible), and we decided to just stop at this place. The bride didn't want to look at any dresses there, but she did. The lady who helped us was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't recommend anyone better. She also helped the bridesmaids find the perfect dress with the first dress she grabbed. She was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and wants. In addition, we were offered a discount on the dresses or we could receive free alterations. Alterations alone cost $40! They were absolutely wonderful and very pleasant people to work with. I highly recommend this to anyone who goes to Ft. Wayne!

Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!. Buyer beware of business procedures. Owner tried to tack on extra fees to all bridesmaids after dresses were ordered, without calling any of the parties. There were 4 bridesmaids, 3 of which were measured in the store for their dresses, the only dress that fit was the girl that couldnt make it for fitting and just ordered her dress size over the phone from past experience. They are only looking for more money by alteratons by measuring you big.

Owner very rude and unpleasant to work with. If you can go somewhere else, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
