Do not buy from bullys. Bought a 98 Dodge Durango on 4/7/12. It broke down after only driving it 9 miles. They would not take the truck back, give us another vehicle, and would not assist us with transportation (myself, boyfriend and our son). Two and a half weeks later we got the truck back with a rebuilt transmission and new used computer. On 5/7/12 the brake caliper locked up. On 5/21/12 the truck stranded me in Indy after taking my boyfriend to the airport. The engine had blown. When my boyfriend got back in town, he called Settle and was able to get a hold of the owner. The owner threatened to sue us if we did not make payments. My boyfriend said that he wants to settle things outside of court and get our money back, but our intention is to sue as well. Ben Settle s response was F*** Y** and a hang up.

good car for a great price. bought a car for $3800.00 last year with my tax return. The people were nice but very busy. The car runs & looks great. All I've had to put into it is gas & new brake pads just 2 months ago.

Make sure u get it in writing. Gotta watch these guys they are very slick, anyways had verbal agreement on payment issue with the sales guy, not soon after that repo guy shows up. So I call settle and the guy straight called me a liar was very rude and hung up on me. They refused to take payment while on the phone and wouldn't even make an attempt to make things straight on the phone even when offered money. So i called back and talked to the owner he was even worse than the salesman. He said his guys werent authorized to make them kind of agreements(even tho he did) and that i was a flat out liar, still wouldnt come to any kinda of agreement on taking any payment to work it out and then just straight hung up on me again. So if u deal with these people make sure every thing u do is in writing because their word means nothing. Take care and good luck.

STAY AWAY FOR THIS AUTO DEALER, BUYER BEWARE!!. This auto dealer sold my daughter a vehicle without a catalytic converter in which she was unaware of (see EPA) and when made aware of the fact that she had been driving around for nearly a week with her 6 mo old daughter in the vehicle he became threating and enraged. Would not allow any other adults in the office, threatened me by charging at me, threatened HER with legal process, waved his money around and coerced her into signing a statement that she would not bring legal action against him if her child suffered any illness or damage to her health.

Mocked them, teased them, and otherwise, provoked them into signing this waiver under duress, before he would issue a refund for the vehicle. He was rude and bulling making inappropriate remarks about family members. The police had to be called to keep Mr. Settle, settled down. Mr. Settle, has been sited in by the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Management in 1996 for selling vehicles that have been tampered with prior to sales, regarding environmental issues: exhaust gas recirculation missing, fuel restrict or missing, air injection system disabled.

In my opinion, this man is a very dangerous man and should not be dealt with at all.
