We needed a handwashing sink installed in our kitchen. They came on time with the right parts and we passed our inspection. All you could ask from a plumber.

I had this company out to my house to replace a defective hot water heater. The job requires the plumber to disconnect the hot water line, the cold water, the gas line, and 2 exhausts. This is not more than an hour to an hour and a half job. I called this company and asked for a quote. They could not give me one. I asked for a ballpark. They could not give me one. Their policy is to charge $65 upfront to get them to your house. This company was recommended by Home Depot. The plumbers got to my house 1st thing in the morning and saw the scope of work. They called the owner for the price. He hung up the phone, looked me straight in the eyes and said this small job would cost $900!!!! I thought he was joking. I called the owner because I could not believe this. He said it was the price and he charges that and even more for the same type of job. I have never in my life posted a review, positive or negative. I am doing this so you won't be taken advantage of. These guys are crooks. I have called Home Depot to let them know the type of company that they refer.

I did get my hot water heater replaced the same day. The job did take 1 hr and 15 minutes and the bill came to $142.50. Save yourself some money. Do not use this company.

• Pros: Great customer service. It should be for the fleecing they give you.
• Cons: They are untruthful...the owner told me an hour job would take 3 hours.

This Company Was Fantastic!!!

This company was Fantastic!! They did what they promised to do, in the price that they gave me. They are a family owned and operated business and the reason I know this is that I took the time to research them and spoke with Betty who after speaking with her for a while found out that she is the owners mother who made me feel like I was even part of their family. When I called for my plumbing issue they responded quickly and took care of the problem correctly the first time come to find out they background check all of their field personal who are also Licensed people to boot. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!, in fact they are actually doing a couple of heating system replacements for my mother as we speak! I read their brocheure and they even do Electrical Heating Cooling and Carpentry and we intend on using them again come this spring...

• Cons: when i find them ill let you know
