Sort of Mysterious. Quickness with which services were initiated after referral was made.

There is no web site for the agency, the forms look fly-by-night, i.e., didn't see the name of the agency on the forms and no one has gone through what is on the forms with the client. There is a lot of vagueness about the agency. There are general headings, but no sub-headings or details or examples. No info about what kinds of staff are available. PT, yes, but OT and what about mental health? Is this a new, small start up agency? How is all that income generated? Glad they're doing well, but how? I guess I'd like to know why a referral was made to this agency vs. one closer to my home.
