Tips for Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland

Nearly New. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. In addition to bananas more fresh fruit would be nice. The air conditioning unit had wires hanging from below; I had to place them out of reach of my 19 month old grandson. On day two of our three night stay we noticed ants around the ac unit. Staff immediately offered a move to another room (lower level). On day three, we noticed ants in the second room as well. I am 60 years of age and have never had an ant problem in a hotel room (not one but both rooms). This hotel is fairly new; the beds were very clean and comfortable, but with a continued lack of upkeep this hotel would not be my choice for lodging.

Very Nice !!!. We were in town for a funeral ... The front desk clerk ... LaShonda.. was very helpful and professional in her treatment of us ... She even made a batch of fresh cookies for my daughter .. how sweet is that ... the rooms were clean and she provided us with the lil extras we needed .. ( extra shampoos, soaps, etc) along with extra towels with a smile on her face ... over all a very nice experience ... would definately stay there again !!! The breakfast was very tasty and offered a variety of things to choose from ... upon checkout we were wished a safe trip home and told to come back and see them ... like I said ... very nice experience .. would stay again if in the area !!! 2 thumbs up !!
