Excellent realtor; couldn't ask for more. Fred has a great deal of knowledge, not only about Nashville neighborhoods but about house infrastructure and cost of repairs, and it was indispensable in house hunting. Fred was also tremendously kind to us; he was always available when we called him with questions, which was not infrequent, and he even checked on our house for us after closing, when we were out of town. He demonstrated over and over that he had our best interests at heart, and would tactfully mention possible cons of a property that we might have overlooked, in addition to the pros. Fred truly went above and beyond to help us find our ideal house--from faxing documents back and forth late in the evenings during our closing to taking us to the airport when we flew in to see a particular house. Finally, he expertly and professionally negotiated the closing process in a tense multiple bidding situation. We should also mention that his likeable demeanor made the whole experience fun. We did not know what to expect when hunting for our first house from out of state, but after our experience with Fred, we can enthusiastically recommend him without reservation.

Best Realtor in Nashville. * We really enjoyed working with Fred. When we met him he was driving an old Jeep with 30 inch tires. I still laugh just thinking about it. We followed him around Nashville for a couple week-ends and never once lost him in traffic. lol. The home we bought was perfect for our expanding family.
