I love their meat sandwiches, they are not shy when it comes to their fillings and I can tell that they are always using fresh bread. This is just a great place.
wonderful customer service!. I go to this panera multiple times a week as i work at vanderbilt childrens hospital right next door. the service is always perfect and the staff is wonderful. every morning without fail i am greeted by Lolita at the drive thru window. she is so nice, always polite, cheerful and gets the order right everytime! Actually starts my mornings off so nice to be greeted by someone so sweet! I recently went through the drive thru for dinner and once home, realized my order was wrong. I called and spoke with the manager, Rusty, who told me next time i come through to reorder my meal and it would be on the house! A week later i returned and the man at the drive thru had heard of me and was ready to prepare my reimbursed meal. rusty greeted me at the window. I had asked for a soup to be added to my order and he refused to take my money for that as well. he said if they mess up they want to correct it! i was so amazed at this rare customer service that i had to come home and write this review! This store is wonderful!
very friendly staff, great food. This is an urban cafe right next to Vanderbilt, very popular with students and profs. The staff is friendly and efficient, you should see how fast they work around lunch time, they burn calories like Olympic swimmers. Great selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great place to chat with friends, run into Vanderbilt people and work on assignments in off hours.
Horrible Parking Food taste like cardboard (no taste).
There is no parking, you have to stand to wait for a table, everybody in there looks like wierdos, the food sucks major cawk and the chicken noodle is barfville.
Id rather eat out of a rusty steel bowl stained with grime in a Vietnamese jail.
Fresh-baked goods, fresh-brewed coffee and creative sandwiches served up in relaxed, roomy surroundings..
In Short
Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.
don't like the food and parking is limited. Panera bread seems to be offering healthy food but I find their panini and sandwiches to be very greasy ... The soup is very salty which indicates that there is a lot of sodium in it. Bread and Company is a way better place to have a quality sandwich and/or a soup.
Yummy!. I really like this place! It has a lot of vegetarian options - broccoli-cheese soup is great! So is the portobella mushroom & onion sandwich. I also like the classic cafe salad. They have fabulous iced green tea also!! Wonderful! The only thing I do not like about this place is that it is just so busy. At lunch (not sure about dinner time) you might have to stand up and wait on someone to leave before you can sit down.
