Excellent Customer Service and Good People. When our car broke down, we were in a desperate situation being from out of town. Green's could of turned us away or even charged us what ever they wanted to because of the situation, but didn't. They jumped on the job right away, fixed the problem and made us feel very welcome. We were back on the road in no time and made it home safely. Thank you all for your help-I strongly recommend Green's for your auto-fix'n !…
There are two sides to every story.. This is a response to the previous review about our business. I am the owner of Green's Towing and Auto Repair. I do not wish to go into great detail about what transpired during the incident that the other gentleman was complaining about; I only wish that you consider the facts that he spoke about and draw your own conclusions. The woman asked my driver to gain access to the trunk of the vehicle. While he was in the trunk he found the marijuana. The city, county, and state all REFUSED to file a report of the incident because the gentleman was guilty of possesion of marijuana. If it was medical marijuana I'm fairly certain that the gentleman would have had a case or at least a report would have been filed. Had my driver found a dead body or a bomb in the trunk would people prefer that he turn a blind eye? I think not. We have a very nice community in Northwest Indiana. I feel that we did our part to maintain the good nature that most people have come to expect from us.…
Green's Towing conducts nonconsenual searches of your vehicles. Called Green's towing to help with a lockout on my car. The tow truck driver, wannabe policeman, searched my vehicle without my consent, while my wife and I stood there telling him to get out. He found enough medicinal cannabis to make about two joints and jumped in his tow truck and ran to the police. I asssume this a scam they run here in Porter County, indiana, City of Valparaiso, because the Valpo police, Porter County Sheriff's Department as well as the State patrol refused to even file a police report over this incident where I was subjected to criminal trespass, invasion of privacy, as well as cash missing from my vehicle. I never seen anything like this before.…
