Poor Customer Service and Shoty Work!. I took my string trimmer in because the fuel line was leaking gas. Two weeks later I still had not heard back from them. I called and they said they were not sure where my equipment was, but they would locate it and call me right back. They never called back! I called the next day and they told me the trimmer needed further repairs. I asked them to just replace the line, which they did. I picked it up and paid around sixty dollars for about 2" of plastic tube and 10 minutes to replace it. When I got the trimmer home it leaked all the fuel from the tank on my garage floor. They clearly did not fix the fuel line properly and they over charged me to do it. I will never go back to them for lawn equipment repair or anything else.…
