TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!. I never encountered a business that has disregards with their customer, they are only fast when it comes to having the customer pay or sign. after that, the delivery was horrible and the bed was not assembled professionally, they gave me a dirty box and a teared up mattress and the headboard was a lot of scratches. customer service has already been a month and brian, you are the king of excuses. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! OBVIOUSLY, THEY HAVE THEIR RELATIVES AND FRIENDS LEAVE NICE REVIEWS BECAUSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS LEFT REVIEWS THAT ACTUALLY HAPPEND. CHECK THE BBB SITE BEFORE PURCHASING! OR ASK THEIR DELIVERY GUYS!

Sofa and Dining Room Set. I stopped into Metro Furniture one weekend afternoon on a whim. I told the sales people that I was "just looking" and they pretty much let me go about my business. I was impressed by the selection and prices and began stopping every weekend for three or four weeks.

The sales staff was always helpful with taking measurements when I needed them, and in the end I purchased both a leather sofa and a dining room set. When the salesperson came back with a price quote that was lower than what I had intended to offer, I knew I was in the right place. My furniture was delivered the next day and brought in by two very careful people.

Overall, this was a good experience and I will definitely go in some weekend to "just look" again.

metro furniture outlet. recently , my daughter and I visited metro furniture , just looking at first , we were approched by Charles very courteous , polite , still professional as well .

We did end up buying something , all the employees were very kind , sweet , yet very professional . We made a very good deal , and will be going back soon for living room furniture , we will ask for Charles of course .

What great service and selection!. My wife's sister recommended us to Metro Furniture when we told her of our plan to upgrade into a new four bedroom house. Having just invested a large sum into it, we were on a pretty slim budget, and boy, she sent us to the right place. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Melissa, whom we told our story to and kindly showed us around their huge selection and recommended deals and pieces would fit into our new floor-plan, decoration, and budget the best. Suffice it to say, our new house looks fantastic, and it didn't break our bank!!! I recommend Metro to any prospective buyers who don't mind great service and great prices.

Bedroom Suite. I was informed by a friend of the great deals at metro Furniture. Upon going there, I found the prices were just as advertised. The staff (Melissa) was awesome, she took the time to answer all of my questions as well as gave me a deal on top of the sale price. I walked into metro Furniture thinking I was going to buy a bed and dresser, however the discounted prices allowed me to buy, the Bed, Dresser, Nightstand and mattress and box spring. I will recommend Metro Furniture to all of my friends.

Condo owner new sofa. I recently bought a condo and needed to down size my sofa And chair. I was told by a co-worker that the best place to find great stuff and Hughes saving, was Metro Furniture. I went by and was met by courteous sales lady who took the time to help me not only with the new sofa, but with decorating advise as well. I will return for any of my Furniture needs

Amazing Service. This store has the most amazing service I have seen in many years. Melissa, Bryan, and Charles were so very helpful when I was in their store recently for new furniture for my home. I was in need of almost everything and really needed to get the most for my money, but also needed good quality stuff.The prices were extremely reasonable and also top quality!! I would recommend this store to anyone who enjoys being treated as a valued customer. I have returned for an additional purchase and will continue to do so.

Furniture Shopping. In February, My daughter and I bought a new bedroom suite for both of our rooms from Metro Furniture Outlet. We shopped everywhere but found the best quality and got the best deal at Metro Furniture Outlet, we were treated with kindness instead of like cattle looking to buy furniture’s.

I really appreciated the personal attention, I am glad we stopped in.

An awsome experience. We were on our way to another furniture store but while passing Metro Furniture we decided to stop, we never imagined that furniture shopping could be so easy but it was, someone greeted us, gave us an over look of how the store was laid out and what we could expect. We got the furniture we needed at a very good bargain prices, we are very happy we decided to take a peak before going to this other store.

Our experience was quite different.. Recently we purchase furniture’s at Metro Furniture Outlet, we were a little skeptical because of the things we had read on the internet but they had what we like for the price we wanted to pay. We order two pieces and they came in on time and were delivered, the experience was very pleasant and we look forward to returning for more items soon.
