NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/ RUDE OWNER. I ordered from here for over a year, & loved it, however i just recieved a cold pizza (even cheese wasn't melted all the way) & when I called to talk to manager/owner he said to me we'll do better next time! WHAT? I then asked if they could remake my pizza & he says no they dont do that! I said well I'll bring your pizza back & I want my $ back then & he tells me NO they dont do that!! again!!! I guess what ever country he comes from they serve cold pizza & it's okay!! Isn't this stealing? When I tell the owner he's losing a customer he says" we'll be okay" and hangs up!!! REALLY ? I'm about to report them to the better business bureau now!!! I recommend this to NO ONE. Cant believe this person is allowed to run a business in AMERICA!!!

Best pizza in Murfreesboro pk. This place is small, but amazing. Their food is incredible. Best pizza in Nashville without a doubt. Try it out and write a review. Like some other guys said they have a chef in there now and things can only go up from there, hopefully they'll open up some more locations that'd be great

Worst Customer Service. The pasta are ok but never consistent. The salads are watery. It's not worth the money. The Customer service is HORRIBLE. We order at least 3 to 4 times a week from these guys and they try to nickel and dime us everytime we order. I don't understand why they don't own up to their mistakes. Be careful giving these guys your money make sure you check your change. I will never order from them again.

New Owner. Ok. This place used to be awesome, as the other review said, It's is the best "little known secret" in Nashville. The place was sold to an Asian guy... hmmm Italian food made by chinese, anyway this is not the point. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Papa John's is way better and its extra 2-3 dollars more.

Tastes just like Papa Johns. I thought Milano's would be authentic Italian but what I got was a pizza that tasted like it had come form Papa Johns. If you want real pizza just drive a few blocks down Murfreesboro Rd and go to Angelo's Picnic Pizza. Milano's is not good at all.

YUMMY, YUMMY. Sarpino's pizza is the best "little known secret" in Nashville. It's a little bit out of the way (Murfreesboro Road by Nashboro Village), but it's worth it.

The specialty pizzas are fantastic and unique. They also serve all pizzas with a dipping sauce. There are four to choose from and I've decided to stay with the jalapeno-ranch dip. It's outstanding!

Sarpino's is mainly a carry out / delivery operation. There are a few tables, but I couldn't see myself eating in there. There are no servers. The decor is tasteful and the whole place is very clean, but I'd feel like I was in a fishbowl eating in there. It's in a small strip mall and the only tables are on the glass. But like I've said, Sarpino's is known for take out; not dining in.

Try Sarpino's! I did and am now addicted!
