Treated us better than other Ford dealerships did!!!. We had a great experience at T&C Ford! Two other Ford dealerships in the area turned us off, but our sales guy (Nathan) went above and beyond to make our Mustang purchase satisfying and affordable. We consider ourselves savvy shoppers and he worked hard to find us what we wanted with no surprises. Finance folks were also very good to us.

Not professional. Very unprofessional dealership. Salesman did not know his products, told me the car I wanted had sync (it did not), told me I had the agreed upon monthly payment for 60 months (it was actually 72). They did not tell me they were transferring the tag from my trade-in, and they did not give me the old plate. When I received the new registration, it had my old tag number listed. It took me five phone calls before I found out they had lost the tag. They told me they had to report the old tag lost/stolen with the police, then told me they were not going to charge me for applying for a new tag (like they were doing me a favor!!) I should have just walked out and gone elsewhere. If you want a Ford, go somewhere else!!!!!!
