customer service at this location not at its best. I was unhappy with the entire experience and the young lady who assisted stated she was a Manager who was shy just out of high school and customer service was the least of her concern. I believe they need to invest in more then kids out of high school or college as they lack the compassion and the understanding for the middle class citizen. I will not return.
