Disaster

I wanted to go shorter and asked for a specific type of style.
I also had specific things I asked NOT TO DO for my bangs, which the stylist did.
My hair now does not have any style at all, it's so hard to make it look ok to leave the house.
This is the worst haircut I have ever got, I can't believe I had to even pay for this experience. Of course I didn't know what to say to the stylist, so she doesn't even know I had to cry after I came home.
I am NOT returning there for sure.
I'd rather go through some trouble going to Chicago and get the right hair cut, than to "gamble" coming here, like the person above is saying.

A Big Gamble

Obviously, this hair salon has no consistent quality standard. I've had my hair cut there several times, all by different stylists, and while sometimes my hair ends up looking great, about 50% of the time, it's a big disaster. Some stylists here don't even refer to a picture when you bring one. While there may be fancy equipment recently installed, nothing compensates for the poor quality.
Most people who come here ask for a specific stylist that they've had for years. If you're new to the salon, however, you're going to spend months and hundreds of dollars trying to find someone to do a decent job. I recommend paying half the price of this salon, and book it to the Hair Cuttery across the street- you'll get the same quality haircut.

Best gals anywhere....

It's a very up and coming shop, very "now", filled with great gals that are all fun and gorgeous! It's filled with all sorts of personality and talent galore! Go once, you will understand what service is....Sarah is my gal, she is awesome!

- Cons: Sometimes there is construction for the improvements
