Pampered Perfection - Head To Toe.
I have been to Bellzza Day Spa several times, and always feel as though I'm treated like royalty. I get my hair cut, colored and highlighted. I've also had several keratin treatments that leave my hair looking sleek and silky. Jana is a creative and experienced stylist. I've also had massages that were so relaxing they put me to sleep.
The staff at Belezza is professional, warm and friendly and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. Can't wait to return for another visit. A trip to the Cape is not complete without a visit to Belezza.
Overpriced, Procuts.
*Overpriced and noisy massage
*Unconcerned booking staff
*Cool reception
When I called, I specifically requested the stylist with the most experience, guess who I got? The young lady straight out of beauty school (I asked her). I got up as quickly as I sat down. When making the appointment, I reiterated, "I do not want anyone new or inexperienced."
Rude staff, mediocre service. I recently visited Bellezza for a pedicure. I intentionally booked a Monday morning, and was told by a receptionist that they would be virtually empty at that time (they were). When I arrived with my sleeping infant son in tow, however, I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable -- indeed, a member of the staff not-so-subtley suggested that I should get up and leave, rather than keep my appointment, but retracted that suggestion when she saw that my feet were already submerged in the pedicure tub. Though we disturbed no one (which is more than I can say for the brood of little boys getting haircuts there), I was made to feel like a freak. It felt like a scene out of Pretty Woman. It's too bad, as I am a frequent spa-goer and would love to have found a place on the Cape to spend a relaxing day with a girlfriend (normally I have a babysitter available). The pedicure itself was fine, but the experience was awful. I will never go back.
Better than any day spa in Boston.
I live in Quincy and have been searching for a great day spa and hair stylist for what seems like forever. My family has a summer house in Falmouth and my sister decided to get her hair cut there on a whim. Her hair never looked better and I was jealous.
Having tried several Newbury Street salons and getting terrible cuts and color, I finally gave in and decided to make the hour+ trip to Bellezza. When I walked in to the salon, I had dry, damaged hair from a terrible color job. My hair had no shape, no style and was really a mess to look at.
After an hour with Sebastian, my hair looks great, makes me feel great and people keep on telling me how much they love it.
He razor cut my bird's nest of hair into a sculpted style that's easy to maintain and actually makes my bad color job look like highlights.
It's a Bumble & Bumble salon (my favorite line) and he used two simple products and his hand to style my hair. I've been able to recreate the look every day since I got it done, which a testament to his cutting mastery and his ability to teach me how to style my hair at home (I'm stylistically challenged and get scared at the sight of a curling iron or a straightening iron.)
The salon is calming and welcoming. The front desk staff is wonderful and helpful. The next time I book an appointment, I'll definitely make a day of it -- hair cut, mani/pedi and facial.
Well worth the drive from Boston.
