Awesome facials

The facials at Idun are the BEST!! Maggen is my esthetician and she is awesome at recommending the correct products to use on my difficult skin. She is also very accomidating if I want to add another service onto my day. I had also gotten massages and pedicures here and everything is great!

I went to Idun for a massage, and the total experience was relaxing and wonderful. The therapist (Tammy) was amazing. The manager is very friendly, not fake at all, and from start to finish it was a great experience. I even got flowers from Sydney that is next door, just because it was my birthday!

Best Spa Experience in the Area!!

I have been more than happy with every experience I have had at the Idun Spa Salon in the Radisson Plaza Hotel In Kalamazoo. In the two years that I have been a patron, I have noticed significant improvements in customer service. The current management team has figured out how to make a guest feel very important and the service providers seem determined to ensure a positive experience at the spa. (Front desk staff used to confuse appointment times occasionally, but that hasn't been a problem in a while.) I have tried three of Idun's massage therapists and have been pleased with each one (Amy, Molly and Tammy). My stylist, Kirsten, is patient with me (and my indecisiveness!) and works hard to please every time. She does a beautiful job with color!! A specialty of Idun's is their "Peditini" - a pedicure with a martini of your choice and chocolate-covered strawberries with whipped cream! Who could ask for more?

The Idun is a classy professional place with a personal kind of warmth!! My only concern is that they seem to have outgrown their space and could offer even more wonderful services if they had the room!!!

• Pros: Valet parking is available and The Idun validates your parking ticket so it ends up costing you only what you want to tip the valet!
• Cons: No convenient parking spaces available in the ramp for customers who don't want to use the valet service. All the convenient spaces are reserved for specified employees of the Radisson!
