Horrible service department and misinformed sales people.
Bought a used car with a warranty, was told if I took my car to their service department for repairs I would have no deductable. My car has been serviced MANY times and after the last visit was told I had a 100.00 deductable and was misinformed when I bought my warranty. I have had to bring my car back to be serviced because it wasn't fixed in the first place, been told my warranty wouldn't cover a rental car when it had before, been told I would have a loaner vehicle available on a certain date only to arrive and told to come back the next week because there were no loaners, I brought my car in with several problems last visit one of which was that my oil light was on. When I got my car back my oil light was still on so I had to pay for my rental car and to have the part replaced. They were supposed to have rotated my tires and didn't and fixed a leaky valve cover gasket that i had to pay another repair shop to fix today because it was still leaking and there was a pcv valve that was left hanging from the last time....I could go on and on..... They have always been rude to me and my family from the very first visit (after they sold me my car of
excellent customer service. I've gotten nothing but the best for them, in sales and service. I got a great deal on my new car, and they threw in life time oil changes and tire rotations. I love the service dept. as well, they hand wash my car with every service, even one of the free oil changes!!!
