Great Customer Service. Came across NAR via car-part, and out of the five dealers I emailed, NAR was the only company to respond to my query, within the hour.

Deb was very courteous, prompt, and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing a transmission, even going the extra mile to ensure that the trans would be shipped to somewhere other than my residence.

Unfortunately, the trans I received was not in expected condition, so that is why this review was not a 5-star review; however, Deb more than made up for it by accepting the trans back as a return, no questions asked. Additionally, she even refunded me a portion of the return shipping cost. I appreciated the regular follow-up emails from Deb, even during her vacation during the Christmas holidays.

I'd do business again with NAR, but perhaps with more readily available / less 'complex' part.

#1 car parts. Is the the best looking yard ,and the people treat you right,you will never see a place like this .

FIRST CLASS OPERATION !!!!. I OWN A COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY AND BUY PARTS DAILY FROM SALVAGE YARDS TO REPAIR MY CUSTOMERS VEHICLES. I ONLY BUY QUALITY PARTS FOR MY CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE I AM VERY FUSSY ABOUT MAKING SURE MY CUSTOMERS RECIEVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST PARTS. NORTHLAKE IS WELL ABOVE AVERAGE WHEN IT COMES TO NOT ONLY PARTS,BUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE ME AND MY CUSTOMERS. THERE ARE MANY SALVAGE YARDS OUT THERE, BUT NORTHLAKE IN MY OPINION IS THE BEST !! MY BUSINESS COUNTS ON YOU AND YOU ALWAYS DELIVER !! THAT IS WHY THERES NO QUESTION WHO I CALL WHEN I NEED PARTS.. STEVE

When you're car is in a pinch. They will be there!. I have been dealing with Northlake Auto Recyclers Inc. in hammond indiana for sometime now and let me tell you. Don't let anyone tell you other wise. If you want high quality certified parts that is nicely priced for your vehicle without having to get all dirty walking through muddy lots getting all filthy to see a part you need either not even there or damaged from other pickers;

Northlake is the place to go. The employees there are the nicest people to deal with and you dont even have to even get dirty diggin for something that will upset you. They have top notch clean parts that you will be pleased with from every aspect. The only dirt you will have to deal with is from your own vehicle. And if they dont have what your looking for which is very unlikely they are more pleased to direct you the right direction just to keep you satified. Honestly I would't go anywhere else to get what I need when im in a pinch. Thank You guys over at Northlake Auto Recyclers for actually careing about customer service and for going above and beyond just to make my problems go a lot smoother.

Best Resale Recycler in the Region!!. Marty and his guys go out of their way to help customers like me who come in looking for a reasonably priced, recycled part. With times being the way they are and auto parts not getting any cheaper Marty's business is great for the average Joe who can't fork out a million dollars to get the part they need. Northlake: YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!

I Love This Place The parts are such a good quality.. The people who work here have been the nicest and very helpful with everything I needed help with. You can always find parts you need and answers to your questions. I have got at least two fenders and a door here. So if you want good parts that you need to go to Northlake.

Dont bother with this place. Marty is a nasty person and so is everyone who works there. they are mean and unprofessional. also they act like they are doing you a favor by selling you something. stay away from this place!

Incredible customer service. It's hard finding parts for a Daewoo. North Coast not only came to our rescue, they warranteed the parts. What a find! We're definitely holding on to their contact information. Great people to work with. Pleasant and fast delivery. We might have had to junk this car had it not been for them. Highly, highly recommend them.

great customer service!. Im leaving a 5 star review because last time I came to NorthLake, one of your employees, name Shane helped me out. Ive been too many other services like NothLake but ive never came across such a helpful, friendly, and knowlegable employee. He helped me with what i needed and even offered other solutions to my problem. You need more employees like Shane. I am a faithful NorthLake costumer now and will spread the good word. Keep up the good work Shane! You are an irreplacable employee to the establishment!
