Good food, bad service. experience the worst service here ever. The waitress placed our order, brought us order, and didn't see her anymore until she brought me and my friend the bill. We ask for another drink, because we wasn't finished. We looked at the bill and we had a 15% gratutity on our bill for a party of two. We asked about this charge, just being curious, and she precede to tell us the sign is on the door, that every bill has the gratuity added to it. I had no problem leaving tips, for anyone, I am a big tipper, leaving 20-25% on tables at times. I asked her about the service she gave us, and she said that she gave us excellent service, and I told her she didn't. She went on to say that she has been doing this for 9yrs and she don't need the tip from us. This whole experience left me a bad taste in my mouth about this place. We did not see a sign on the door explaining the gratuity either. Please do not patronize bad customer service.
