LIAR AND A CHEAT! Do not go here! Tried with a GrouponNow deal and she told me not to buy from groupon that she'd give me the deal in store. Finished my hair and then charged me $65 rather than the agreed $50.

Also, extremely rude and negligent

BEWARE!. AWFUL!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN!!!!

I bought a 90$ keratin treatment off deal find for the RayMar salon back in May. I finally went in to get the treatment last Friday. First she told me my hair was too long and that she would have to charge me an extra 30$ (even though length was not mentioned at all on the deal). She then charged me another 20$ to get my hair cut a couple of inches. She made it seem that she was doing SO much work on my hair when the whole thing took less than the estimated 3 hours. SHE DID THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE WRONG! She claims to use Bi Ionic which is NOT supposed to get rinsed, and cleaned after sitting in your hair for the 30 mins. However, she did just that. I found it strange at the time but said nothing to her because I am not a professional and apparently neither is she ( I'm referring to the owner of the salon here). She then had her manicurist straighten my hair which also wasn't correct. It should take a considerable amount of time to do this step because you take small chunks at a time but she was done in half an hour. I left her a very nice tip and left. Four days later I washed my hair and it was frizzier than before! NOTHING HAD CHANGED! To make matters worse when I called and asked for my money back she refused to return my calls only until I tricked her into it, and then refused to return my money claiming she did nothing wrong! As someone who has had the treatment before and had it been successful it was very clear to me that she made a mistake and she KNEW IT! She was incredibly rude over the phone, not at all treating me like a customer and swearing and screaming. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS WOMAN AND HER BELOW PAR WORK. I wish I could give her ZERO stars

Very very poor service!!!. Everyone has their own experiences n their own comments. For me it was a bad one...a really bad experience there. Will never go back. Pay tons of money for the keratin treatment, my hair last exactly a week. I have had my hair straightening three times before n they last forever at other salons. I am so dead serious. Don't go to this salon. They r not experience n not so friendly.

Bad, poor service. Owner lies to her clients. Not a good salon. By appointment only IF owner calls you back from her home. WIERD...Strange activity. Poor customer relations. I certainly DO NOT recommend this salon (it's NOT a spa by any means) to anyone. Very dirty inside.

Wonderful spiral perm. Maria was wonderful and I ended up with a fabulous spiral perm. I went on vacation to the Caribbean and it was great to go diving and then just rinse out the perm and have it look beautiful in all this heat and humidity. I would highly recommend her.

Colorists who fix it!. I had my hair lightened (A LOT) at Ray Mar last Saturday. The result was SHOCKING, and I was not happy. But! There's a good ending to this story...Lisa Menendez, the colorist, FIXED IT three days later. All I had to do was call her, and she made herself available at my convenience to get my hair the color we were both hoping to achieve. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa, her professionalism, her service-oriented attitude, and her absolutely fabulous cutting skills. I highly, highly recommend Lisa at Ray Mar Day Spa & Hair Salon.

excellent cut and wax!. after unsuccessfully trying to find a stylist for the past 3 years, i went into raymar and dont need to look anymore! i looked at all the good reviews i saw about raymar and decided to go in and give it a try with the expectation to get just another decent cut and look for a new stylist next time around. not only did alla wax my brows(only $12!) to perfection but maria ( the owner) did exactly what i have been asking for in the past 3 year adventure to find a stylist! I called at 2pm and they had me in at 3:15 for a cut and wax. i was out the door at 4:15! they are extremely friendly and do a great job! i would defiantely recommend raymar for a cut and wax!

Outstanding Services from Lisa & Alla. I went in for a color & cut and was fortunate to be able to get these services done by Lisa. She's outstanding! She's very detail orientated and she knows her stuff! She made me feel relaxed and confident that my hair was going to be be stunning when complete. And no doubt about it - my hair looked excellent!

She's my new hair dresser from now, I refuse to go see anyone else!

I then got an eyebrow wax from Alla. She was also great, and very fast! Overall, I was extremely excited about my services. I will definitely be back.

Where did Danielle go??. I accidently threw away my card from the new salon Danielle works at. Does anyone have the name of it?? She is one of the best hair dressers I have come across in my entire lifetime. Please let me know if you know!

Great Experiences with Danielle. I have been seeing Danielle for about five years now and she has always taken the time to listen to detail as to what I want. She is always willing to stay late or come in early to make sure get an appointment with her. Danielle is great with clients, she is wonderful with colors and cuts.. I would recommend you give Danielle a chance, you wont be disappointed
