Horrible customer service, BAD OWNERS!!! BEWARE!. This place has only been open for 2 years, and it sucks. You have the wrong restaurant. The customer service is rude!!!! I have lived in Davenport for 13 years and this is the worst service from a restaurant I have had!!! They get soooo many complaints, they have actually put up a sign stating " NO REFUNDS ON FOOD."

Extrememly Rude. I called them today to place an order only to have a very impatient and rude woman answer the phone. It went something like this

*ring* *ring* *ring*....

"CHINA ONE! CAN I HELP YOU???! OH MY GOD!!"

*click*

I honestly didn't even get a word out of my mouth before the phone call was over. Just like that. Wont be calling again.

great chinese food. I have been ordering take out here for 6 years... Always get a great meal with very prompt service!! Love the egg rolls!!!!

Worst meals in 2009. Ordered four meals to go $50. One not complete . Sweet and sour chicken missing the sauce. Ginger beef =onions, onions,onions beef no flavor. Fried rice = grease more grease , more grease and no flavor.

disappointing chinese takeout. This was my first and only time ordering food from China 1. The young lady who took my order was apparently making a personal call on her cell phone when I walked up to the counter. When she was ready to take my order, she rushed me through the process and seemed like she did not want to deal with me. As I was unpacking the food at home, I noticed that the crab rangoon I had ordered and been charged for was missing. When I called and spoke to the manager, he informed me that no deliveries were headed to my area, so he would have to issue me a credit and "make it up next time" At first, this was acceptable, but the crispy chili beef was a disappointment. It was soggy and very bland, like it had been coated with soy sauce and little more. There will not be a next time, as the prices were too high for such substandard fare.
