Pella Products Throuth Lowes.
Do not buy. If you have a pella storm door and their is a problem, you cannot buy the replacement parts at lowes.
I know, I tried.
Then when contacting pella customer service people, all I got was a defensive email stating how the problem with the door is my fault, with no recommendation on how to purchase replacement parts or provided a reason on why the door is designed to break as it did.
(Yes, pella a-holes, I did find out the info I needed, but without your help. How does one get a job in customer service, flunk out of grade school the graduate from a successful drug rehab program? Just curious).
Based on lowes low standards for quality and the poor customer service encountered by pella, I do not suggest that you buy their products. You will be sorry.…
