Scorpio's

Food & Service has diminished to a record low -. Terrible tragedy, after the older couple running the place left the quality of service and the food has dipped to the lowest level. I brought my friends & family there after talking so highly of them. The sauce was terrible, the service was awful, the waitress preferred helping in the kitchen than servicing her customers. The food tasted old and I was so disappointed. My friend and family sure let me have it too. Needless to say that is the last time I will patronize Scorpios, I rather drive to Orange city then to eat at Scorpios.…

What are you people complaining about?. I love Scorpios. I am giving a review as a customer who has only used delivery & I order at least once a week. You cannot beat home-made pasta, bottom line. They actually bother to make their own pasta, that's saying something in today's world where people love to just heat & eat. If you like a thick crust pizza their Sicilian is delicious & has a buttery crust. Their lasagne is all home-made. I've eaten just about everything on their menu at this point and have ordered the family size portions for family when they visit us, and everyone raves. Yes, some of the prices are higher, but with Scorpios you get what you pay for.

I've eaten at the local competition and there isn't a comparison. We order from them on a regular basis and we get our food quickly & politely every time.

To be fair the only things I've ever found inconsistent are their Patate Fritte (sometimes more browned than other times) and their Chicken Picatta (sometimes the chicken is dry & tough).

Overall though, there isn't any comparison to the other pizza shops & Italian eateries in Deltona.

If you're from the upper East Coast area (NY, NJ, PA, MA) you will really appreciate this place for its food. It's authentic.…

The Owner Is Rude!. If you eat here, you have a 50/50 chance of the food being either great or downright terrible, since there's no middle of the road with this restaurant. With that being said, the owner is an absolute you-know-what to his customers and is known to be nasty to people on a regular basis. I would sooner throw my money down the toilet than give it to him!…

Such a Disappointment. Scorpios used to be a favorite restaurant, but it has significantly declined in both quality and service over time. We decided to give them another chance today, and were sooooo disappointed. The pasta was mushy, the sauce tasted like the cheap bottled stuff, and the portions (especially for the price--which keeps going up) were meager. Do yourself a favor and cross the road to try out Rosie's where the food is much more consistent and the portions for the price will never leave you disappointed!…
