Worst lawyer - Mr. Ponzini!!!!. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. Everything that is written on their website is false. I almost lost my son to a deadbeat father because he wasn't following through with paperwork. When I first called him for a free consultation and when I went to see him he was great, but as soon as he got the retainer that was it. He never returned my calls, never picked my calls, always talking to a secretary who has no clue about what going on with the case. I had to go on legalforums where u can post ur questions and get free answers to get my questions answered despite having this expensive lawyer. My case was an easy custody battle and let me tell u I did not get one good night sleep since I had no clue what was going on. Because he wasn't returning my calls, I had to call the clerk myself to see what was going on. Per clerk my ex would get what he wants by default because none of the paperwork from my side was filed. I literally had to constantly nag this lawyer get work done. Please do not go to him, am sure u can get a better and cheaper lawyer. Good Luck!
