Can't wait to go back. The hotel was reasonably priced and served delicious hot breakfast...the cook in the restaurant peppertree i believe...was very nice and courteous..she served great dinner with a smile on her face :)...the main reason that we will go back to this hotel is for its customer service especially at the front desk where the girls kept a smile on no matter what circumstance we put in front of them...the hotel is improving from the last time we went there...we can't wait to go back to the RAMADA thank you.

Above and beyond. we had a good experience and the owners went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home here. The pool and atrium area was very nice and helped to make our stay very pleasant. The cleaning staff were all very competent and very friendly.

I prefer this hotel. I've stayed in most of the other Peoria Hotels too and still often make my reservations at the Brandywine. I do prefer the 3rd floor when I stay but have been on the other floors also. The 3rd Concierge Floor is quieter and a bit nicer. I guess I've been fortunate not to have had the unpleasant experiences that I've read in some other reviews!

Friendliest staff I ever seen. Very good indoor atrium area, friendiest staff I ever seen, fast service, heated pood , sauna, hot tub (everything working). I enjoyed my stay. Will definately stay again.

Very clean. I did not see the horror stories some talked about. I stayed on the third floor. It was actually very clean.

No unpleasant experience for me!. The rooms have always been clean and well kept and the staff has always been friendly, helpful and attentive. Extremely gracious owners!. The owners here were extremely gracious and helped our group out whenever possible. We had a lunch for the girls in the atrium and the owners helped us out by providing the needed bowls for some items. They also hosted a reception for the girls playing in the tournament which was a nice touch.
