I have yet to get a food order the way that i ordered it! On one occasion, it was 30 minutes until the end of the movie before we got our replacement. We ahd to request a refund twice. Another occassion, we had to wait and search for our server to get our change. He didn't bring it back to us and the movie was over. I think he was hoping for a big tip! The service is not so good. I dont like that you order with one server, another brings it out to you and dosen't know that you wanted condiments or something on the side. We have to ask for napkins, they never have them when they serve you. YOU WAIT FOR EVERYTHING BUT THE MOVIE TO START! My opinion is this: If you want a nice place to watch a movie... go here, but if you want food... eat before you go! SAVE TIME AND MONEY!!! The Philly steaks were terrible also by the way.

This is a BEAUTIFUL cinema. The concept is a wonderful one. However, the food is horrible!! We go there to have a movie with coffee and desert after dinner out. They could also have a better selection of movies. We go here because it's privately owned and we like to put money back into our community.

but the food is not very good. The simple things like nachos & fries are good. The pizza is pretty bad and the hamburgers are rubbery. Drinks are large. The service has always been very nice.
