Fodd is bland and service is terrible. Mty family and I have gone to eat twice at Best Chopsticks and we were not please either time. On the first occasion, they were busy so it took 5 minutes just to get the waitress to come over and leave the menu's. It took another 35 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Beff and Brocoli and it was bland and cold by the time it got to the table. The waitress was not friendly at all and never once came to check on us or refill our water drinks. We thought we would give them a second chance to win as over as loyal customers so we went back one month later.

Nothing had changed. This time, there were only 2 other people in th place and service was still extremely slow. I ordered the Chicken and Brocoli and again it was cold when I received it 25 minutes after ordering. I asked if she could take it back and reheat it but she said food could not go back into the kitchen after it had been taken out.( I have never heard of this). I asked to a box and took my food home to reheat it myself. She was still not friendly towards us or the other patrons. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be going back to Chopsticks.

Not pleased with the service or the food. I had occasion to eat at Best Chopsticks every monday for 6 weeks because we were working in the area. I was not impressed or pleased. The staff was not friendly, service was slow and4 out of the 6 times we ate there, the food was warm and not hot. I asked the waitress is she could please reheat it and 10 minutes later the food came back to me and it was still warm. The man on the table next to me ordered the Chicken brocoli and he got something different. The waitress seemed upset when he sent it back. He waited about 15 mintues and finally got up and left without eating anything. That is not good customer service. I would not go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Five Stars for Egg Foo Young. I haven't had good egg foo young since I moved away from NYC 30 years ago...this place has the best 'prawns egg foo young' i've ever eaten. I used to order the curry chicken which was hot, sweet and melt in your mouth good chicken. I had to get thru a lot of items on the menu to find these gems. These are two consistantly great dishes.

Oh! and the fried cream chease wonton that comes with the special is delicious.

Why buy a bad footlong Subway for $6 when you can get the lunch special for the same price and it comes with soup, fried wonton, fried rice and your entree.

Above-average food, reasonable prices, small family-run, convenient downtown location, great lunch menu. We frequent Best Chopsticks for the reasons mentioned previously, good food, prices, location, and its a basic pleasant place...operated by nice folks. The location tends to mean its busier during lunch for the downtown business community, quieter at dinner. I guess folks choose their regular places for a variety of implicit and explicit reasons...this is one place we often visit ...and they do take out.
