They're liar, especially the sales manager, Loli Erickson, who said that she left messages on my phone, but the truth is, the voice message service of my phone has not been even set up yet (until even now) I became disgusted with them, and really get sick of their lies, so I will not contact them anymore but consult with my lawyer. The watch itself is awesome and I really love it, but about the dealer? Disgusting. For anybody who lives in Wisconsin, please notice their poor attutide BEFORE buy anything from them. Do not sacrifice your rights for a little amount of money they offer. Tag Heuer should be shamed that The Diamond Center is one of their Authorized Dealers.
Pros: maybe $30 cheaper than other dealers (when buying over $4000 amount of watch/jewelry)
Cons: Extremely poor customer service, Rude attitude i've ever seen, Lies for their excuses

My husband and I bought our wedding rings from the Diamond Center in Madison around August 07'. We were married in October 07'. We spent around $4,000 for the center diamond for my ring. The diamond was sent out to Jeff Cooper to place in the Jeff Cooper ring. When we got it back, it was a different center diamond. There is a big inclusion right in the center of the diamond that is very visible to the eye. Before buying it, we looked at it under a microscope so we know it was not there before. It has now been 9 months since we've talked to the Diamond Center about this and so far they are not doing anything about it. They keep saying they will but how long does it take to replace a diamond...?? After all they are "The Diamond Center"... We are very unhappy about our experience there and do not recommend it.
Pros: Good customer service at first.
Cons: Terrible customer service after the purchase... my diamond is not the one I purchased.
