Exceeded expectations!. I was nervous about the dental work I needed done after having a bad dental experience elsewhere. My first impression was good after meeting the staff and Dr Shiply but I thought it would be very expensive. Everything is first class. The price I was quoted was amazing. extremely friendly customer service - explained ZOOM laser very well!. When I called around to several dental offices, I was impressed with the time the office staff took on the phone to explain the Zoom whitening in detail so I would be comfortable with the process. They invited me in for a consult, and were very through with answering my questions. The price was at or below where I had found elsewhere, and I was more than pleased with the service. The whitening turned out very good, and I will definately refer other people to Dr. Shipley's office. He has beautiful pictures of his dentistry posted around the place. The whole office did not feel like a typical dental office, and I am really glad I found them. Their website is impressive too.…
