I had a poor service at Stone, IMO !!!. Mark L, the principal at Stone was initially impressive hence getting the business; however, once he had a signed contract, I had to be vigilant to attempt to get my website project to progress. At 10 weeks into our "6-8" week project we were still at “day one”, the only useable accomplishment so far had been navigation bar organization and wire frame layout, both could have been done in 1.5 hours by an organized team, as this is small project, I am not exaggerating. From day one, I was prepared and unwavering in what I wanted. I had every word of text and all media ready, this project should have gone very smoothly. However, due to poor information flow amongst themselves, continually taking short cuts, and mismanagement, Stone as a team performed very poorly in every regard on my project, IMO. I don’t expect perfection, but I won’t settle for mediocrity, when I pay a premium price.
