Abysmal. The forwarding service is beyond incompetent. They are supposed to send me mail once a week, but it regularly takes longer. At least once (that I know of) they have returned mail to sender claiming "adressee unknown". This week I got a forwarded mailing from them with two pieces: a enveloped posted Sept. 10 (it's now the middle of december) and an envelope addressed to somebody else! So I'm looking for another forwarding service now.

Lost package. They lost my package that was over nighted. They did find it two weeks ago, however the package was lost almost a year ago.
