Food good, wait staff sweet and inexperienced. I had the artichoke dip with chips for a late lunch. It came promptly and was really good. The kids waiting on everyone were nice kids but didn't know much about their jobs. Cleaning and sweeping off tables while someone is trying to eat is something you do at a greasy spoon, not a nice mall cafe. Price of food was reasonable and total experience would have been great if I didn't have to put up with clean up work all around me.

...wait longer for the Cheesecake Factory. Saturday evening, 7:45pm. Upon arriving, we were told it would be about 35-45 minute wait which was correct. After being seating, ten minutes had past and still no one had introduced themself as our waiter and take our drink order. Of course by the time he came around, we were ready to order. After ordering, the appetizer arrived late and afterwards...no sign of our salads. After a twenty-five minute wait our food arrived (with the salad), and that was the last we saw of our waiter until I hunted him down for the check. The food was merely average, coupled with the fact that we had no time to enjoy the salad, I regretted the choice we made between Cheesecake Factory and this.

The wait staff seemed young and inexperienced. Most of our "table neighbors" were becoming frustrated also because of mental errors e.g. forgetting silverware, menus, etc.
