What i've seen of Metro cab so far has all been great. The drivers are all friendly, and the ride is cheaper. yes, i've taken both company's many times, and metro definately wins in my book. The major plus i've found is that there is no hidden charges, they dont charge extra for more than one passenger, even if you cram the car full. Plus they dont charge for any bags or fuel like yellow. if you notice, when you get in a yellow cab, the meter will run just like metro's, but when it stops, there's a dollar extra charge, and more is added to it for passengers n bags. so you cant tell what your actual cost is till the driver hits that button. and now i hear yellow is raising their rates. by how much i dont know. That could be hearsay though. metro is the better deal in my book. the drivers are friendly and pride is put into their appearance. guess its not always true that bigger is better. in my opinion, the smaller company,metro, cares more, and isnt money hungary.
