DON'T GO TO THIS SALON!!. All Negative reviews are right on and are NOT by disgruntled employess only. Asked for an experienced stylist for chemically straightened hair to get a color. Stylist had only been there 1 month and was the ONLY one. I came in with medium reddish brown that had slightly faded. Wanted a refresher. SPECIFICALLY said , Don't go TOO Dark. Left with Level 2 which is one shade before BLACK.. Horrible!!! UGLY!! I knew something was wrong when she gave me a "review" card to send in the mail about the stylist.When I called the next day he said the "best he could do was a clarifying shampoo and I would have to leave wet. I said "no thanks".. Called back and talked to the owner... Whe was SO rude and insulting. ...and would give me no refund or credit. I see why they have no business. I went there because of the product line. Didn't read the reviews. BIG MISTAKE . SO Disappointed!!!

Worst haircut ever. Absolutely butchered. My hair is an inch long and bangs cut straight across like a bowl cut.. I could have done that myself.

Elani is the bomb. Elani is working at JC Penny in Gulfveiw Mall, but I heard she will be relocating to Palm Harbor in the next week or so as well as working at JC Penny the number is 727-846-1781. No one can compare to her at Red. They are all greedy and unkind, especially Rene.

Elanie. Does anyone know where Elanie is? I have been a client of hers for 4 years and followed her from salon to salon. She no longer works at Salon Red and no one knows where she has relocated to. I miss her! If you where she is please let me know.

Ughhh! Bad. Worst salon I have ever been to. They fried my scalp with straightener - even after I told them it was burning! She was so slow in combing the straightener through that the hair was fried before she finished. It took her 20-30 minutes just to apply a 10 minute treatment. All they offered was a free hair cut certificate but still charged me $50 for the straightening job! I should have called the cops. Like I would actually let these amateurs NEAR my head again! My free certificate got thrown away because I couldn't think of anyone I hated enough to give it to.
