Unbelievable experience!!

We recently got married and just got back home from our honeymoon. I can not say enough about Time Production DJ’s. Stew the owner of the company was very kind and went over what our wedding day would be like in specific detail.. He was very prompt and got back to us right away when we needed something by phone and email, or if we had a question he would answer it with a response right away. There was certain music that we needed for our ceremony and Stew told us it would be no problem getting it. The entertainment was absolutely the best we have ever had. We had our ceremony and needed an extra microphone and that was no problem at all. They interacted with the crowd and had everybody dancing all evening from the beginning to the end. The DJ who was Marc Alan played all of our requested music that we wanted to hear. Marc definitely made our night!! If you plan on getting married I highly recommend using Time Productions for any event. We were so impressed by this company that I highly recommend using them for any event .

What a wonderful experience! I was very hesitant about hiring a DJ for my wifes surprise 40th birthday party, but I am so glad I did, and ever more glad we decided to use Stew from Time Producitons. He was great and kept our guest entertained and dancing all night. He took care of all our requests in a timely matter and even had Grams and Gramps out on the floor dancing to their wedding song from 1947. My brother is getting married next year I will definetley reccomend Time Productions for his event. I can only say if my wife had a good time with Stew playing music then he can make any party a great time!!

Just had a wedding on October 15th, and I can't say enough about DJ Marc Alan and Time Productions. The service was excellent throughout as we have several meetings and correspondence with Stu found his service prompt and responsed to our matters timely as we all know wedding time is very hectic. Marc was very energetic and got our whole bridal party dancing which isn't an easy task for us old folks. Marc and Stu listened to all our needs and played all the music we asked for, simply the best introductions I have ever heard from a DJ out there. We would highly recommend Time Productions and DJ Marc for any future events they might have. Very well done!

worst DJ service ever

DJ service for our wedding was included in the package provided by our caterer and this was the worst service we have ever been provided by a vendor in our lives. Stew and Marc ignored our requests for a meeting going back 9 months before our event. They saw absolutely no reason to provide us with the smallest amount of customer service because we were booked through another service.

In addition to being rude and un-responsive they asked us to fill out a 4 page form before we were allowed to speak with them on the phone (attempts at phone calls resulted in un-returned voicemails or email responses). Consequently, we didn't get to speak to anyone until the week of our wedding. At that point Marc went over our requested music and made no comments other than to ask if we needed microphones for the ceremony portion of our event.

The wedding day was the first time we met anyone from Time Productions. Marc showed up in a thread bare tuxedo with a shirt with yellow stains on it. He proceeded to go completely off of script for music in our ceremony (after we had provided MP3 files at his request). In fact he played music such as American Pie during seating when we had provided him with 7 string quartet instrumental songs. During our conversation we asked him to loop music if he ran out and instead he played a song that includes the lyrics "I cried the day I read about his widowed bride."

Additionally, during our discussion before the wedding we discussed the music for our cocktail hour. None of the requested songs were played and in fact the style of our request was not even honored.

Finally, as we were making the rounds greeting our guests after dinner we received very great reviews for the food and at least 20% of those in attendance commented on how it was the worst DJ service they had ever heard.

During the reception, Marc surprised our best man with when he was to give his toast and did not at all play the types of music that we asked for.

He also asked our guests to "fist pump" at least 4 different times during our reception. Since he took no time to meet with my wife and I he was completely unaware of the fact that we are not Jersey Shore trash, but are young people with professional degrees and our friends and family are the same.

If you are planning an event and need a DJ don't bother with these jokers. Even after the event when we contacted our caterer to compliment her work and complain about the DJ, Stew attempted to dispute our claims and insulted my wife and I.

We used Stew for our wedding on october 12 and he was AMAZING!!! TIme Productions is very reasonably priced, and they put on a great show! We loved them so much and would reccomend them to anyone who needs a dj for their event!
