Tips for Gateway Plumbing & Heating

Know what they're doing. Gateway is the best service company I've used in a long time. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Would never use another plumbing company that just did the minimum work with the cheapest materials. I'd rather not pay again to fix what should have been done the first time.

Best plumber around. I'm a homeowner in suburban Jersey. Used several different heating service companies over the years for recurring problems with the boiler/heating system in my home. Gateway was suggested to me by a friend, and after using them for a boiler replacement, I now have an annual service agreement with them, and have not had any problems with my boiler since. They are friendly, courteous, and come every fall to service my home's heating system before winter hits. I recently also had a plumbing problem, and they were there within an hour to fix it. I get a discount because of my yearly agreement, and honestly it's just worth it to not worry about my home.

Bad Experience. I would recommend people to look elsewhere. The work was shoddy and they completely overcharge. They will say one thing and do another. Avoid at all costs.
