Liars!. I called the make an appointment with my stylist. She had moved on and when I asked they said that they didn't know where she went. I was able to find her in town and was informed that they did know where she went. I called them back to tell them I thought their practice was unethical. The manager said that they could basically do what ever they wanted to. I don't think you should treat your customers like this. It is very hard to find a hair dresser you like and I was very offended that they lied to just try to keep me. I will never set foot in Mangos again.

awesome cute and color. i got and awesome cut and color from mangos and now i wont go anywhere else. she gave me good advice of what we should do next time to my hair and advice about how to take care of my hair. i used to spend over a hundred dollars getting my hair done so im not used to going anywhere else. but the last few times ive been to mangos ive gotten excellent results.

Great haircut, not so great highlights. My hair cut was fantastic, I can reproduce it and it really frames my face.

The highlights were not so great. There is a VERY clear line where the foils were in. It isn't as natural-looking as I would like it to have been

Best salon in Ellensburg by far!. I have been going to Mango's for about a year and every time I am more and more impressed with this place. I have only gone to Brie for both haircut and highlights and she does an awesome job and really listens to what I want. Someone below said they were not impressed with her work and I have to COMPLETELY DISAGREE. I totally would recommend her to anyone, she is a great hair stylist and super nice. I have also had a massage by Darcy at Mango's and it was amazing...if you are looking for a high quality, friendly staffed salon then definitely go to Mangos. I would know because it took me about 5 different failed attempts at other salons in Ellensburg before I found a place where my hair stylist actually knew what she was doing. Great place!!

Not great. I decided to give mango's another try after a bad experience a couple years ago. Not a good idea. My highlights turned out orange not blond and the base color did not cover my original hair color, I felt like a calico cat. The stylist fixed it at my request but was not gracious about it. She put a dark all over color to just cover everything. I did not get a refund for the bad highlights and I spent a lot more time in that salon then I wanted to.

Clear, Helpful, and professional. I have visited Mango's Day spa quite freqently this past year. After my daughter was born I needed a place to go to relax, have some me time, and leave feeling more beautiful and relaxed than I did walking it. Mango's has overfilled my cup everytime! I have my hair cut (i'm sorry I don't remember the stylists name), a bikini wax-brow-lip and have been pleased with the results. I did have to do a bit replucking on my brows ( i think it's bc of the wax.. the wax that drys doesn't get quite as much as the wax/cloth combo.. but it hurts less!). My favorite part of Mango's is going and seeing Cidney and Denise(?) the masage therapy women from heaven... They make me feel 100% better after 1 visit! Thank you for bringing such a wonderful, fresh place to the little 'ol town of Ellensburg.

~. I went to Mangos to get my hair highlighted. 5 hours later my hair was an orange-streak mess! I was practically in tears in the chair. I had to take a half day off of work to go back two days later (and couldn't leave my house for two days with my clown hair). The second appointment I was scheduled with the owner...who mad eit clear that she was ticked that she had to redo my hair. She bleached my hair 3 times even though I suggested that she tone it instead. Finally she toned it and most of the orange came out. This second appointment took another 6 hours and i had to wait while she took care of three other clients and she kept passing me off to different people. (why is overbooking a strategy of small salons like this....they just infuriate everyone!!) A week later I still have orange streaks in my hair and called them back to speak with the owner to talk about my hair...asking that she touch it up or refund my money. She wouldn't get on the phone and said that she DIDN'T KNOW HOW to fix it and would not refund my money. Bree was the inexperienced first person that did my hair and Gaylen was the unknowledgable owner. BUYER BEWARE...it's a low class establishment!

Best Salon in Central Washington and beyond!. Carey has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. I have never liked getting my hair done because it is never what I want in the end. Everytime I go to Carey its the same thing, "what do you want done?" I always answer, "what ever you think will look best, I trust you." It never fails, my hair always turns out amazing and I get so many compliments on it. Carey's attitude is, "her name is on your hair so it has to look great." There has been a couple of times that Carey has been booked so Amy has done my hair and she is awesome also! The stylist are highly trained and continue their education by attending hair shows all over the U.S. They work with top sylist and learn the latest trends so they can bring high fashion back to little old Ellensburg. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the girls at the salon are really nice. I would recommend Mangos to anyone, they may cost a little more than the competition but it is well worth it.

There's nowhere like Mango's. I've been going to Mango's for about 5 years. Carrie has always done exactly what I ask for. She pays attention to detail and seems to be all about customer satisfaction.

For a couple of months while Carrie was unavailable, Amber was my stylist--also a wonderful experience.

Although I moved to Bellevue over a year ago, I haven't been able to find another stylist or salon as good as Mango's.

I would highly recommend this salon.
