the worst place ever

i went there last weekend and payed cashand they swiped my card just to make sure it was activated. Not true They didn't pull the money out of the account but they had it pending and while it was pending without my knowing i used my card now i'm in the hole a single mother of two because of a lie. Best western assured me nothing wouold come out of my accoount. They lied. They also had towels that felt like 80 grit sandpaper and half the lights didn't work.

Best Place in Ellensburg!

When I walked into the lobby I knew I was going to enjoy my stay. I was impressed with the decor and the fireplace was very inviting. When I asked the desk how old the property I was WOWed by 7 years, it doesn't look 7. I would recommend always.
