Fast Service, Great Furniture!

When we placed our order they told us it could take 8-12 weeks for our furniture to get in. We got it in 3 WEEKS! Our dresser was fully assembled for us, it has some of the best packing I have ever seen, I've bought furniture at other places and it is always damanged. This was packaged very nice, I used to work at a furniture store and some companys do not know what they are doing, this is not the case with this furniture. Crib was easly put together, took me only aobut a half our to assemble. Took me longer to put my tv stand together. I will be comming back here and my guess is if anybody ever had a problem with them it must of been a fluke.

WORST BUSINESS IN ST. CLOUD

SIX LONG MONTHS AGO, I ORDERED A BEDROOM SET FOR MY SON WHO WAS NOT BORN AT THE TIME. HE IS NOW 6 WEEKS OLD, AND STILL HAS NO DRESSER BECAUSE THE HORRIBLE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY SET 14 WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED IT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS AN INCREDIBLY OUTRAGEOUS WAIT!!! STILL NOTHING!! EVERYTIME I CALL THEY SAY ITS ON THE NEXT TRUCK, BUT NOTHING EVER COMES. I'VE RESEARCHED, IT IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS... A BUNCH OF CROOKS SELLING OVERPRICED FURNITURE. PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER. GO WITH A DIFFERENT RETAILER WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION AND DOING REPEAT BUSINESS. I THINK THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY SOMEONE. I HOPE NOBODY BUYS ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Great Furniture and Great Customer Service

Pros:

We bough our furniture from here and absolutly love it. My baby's furnitre is better then all of mine combined. We didn't even have to put it together. They did have long order times for furniture but they had what we wanted in stock and other stuff. I've never seen a store have more selection and options in baby furniture any were else. More than Baby'R'Us. You also get free lifetime waranties with your purchases. Employees are extreamly helpfull as well.

Can take 1 to 4 months for furniture to be made.
