FANTASTIC !!!!

I had the most lovely relaxing day. I got a gift certificate that I finally reemed, even though it was expired the

staff was gracious enough to let me use it with no hassels. All my services were top rate. Not only is it beautifully decorated but is quite, private and so pampering also. I had a full range of services including a manicure and pedicure as well as a facial and massage. I love the fact that are there tools are sterilized the same as they are at a hospital. I have very sensitive skin & this is the first facial I've had with no breakouts or sensitivity and my massage was pure heaven without feeling so sore the next day. I will be back as a client again very soon!!

Great place to relax

Overall the spa was very impressive. It was a no pressure atmosphere. As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was offered a beverage with a wide variety of foods. The employees were very kind and professional. Soon after this I was ready for my massage. No real waiting time, just walked in and was ready to go. The massage was first-class and generally superior! I had gone to many other places to dig out my pain I was experiencing and nothing worked, however after coming to Wisteria Day spa the next day I felt good as new! It was amazing. I would recommend this spa to anyone. I know I will be returning. They also give great facials, nail treatments, and personally my favoritethe massage. I hope this advice helps those out there looking for an overall superb place to unwind.

Time Issues

They ran very behind schedule and weren't especially nice or welcoming. I had a good massage, but was stressed about time because they were 40 minutes behind schedule. They gave me a small discount for my wait because I had to wait so long, but it was not relaxing because I had plans afterward and was very late. They were not very apologetic - they just said "this happens" and said the previous appt was very late. Well, they should have told the previous appt they no longer had time to do that massage because I was scheduled 20 minutes from when the previous appt finally started. They didn't even have a nice area to wait or offer anything to drink. Overall, not a good spa experience.
