Everything about this store screams FUN!. Love this store and all of the wonderful employees. Each time I go into the store they are nothing but helpful and sweet. I've always been a huge Betsey Johnson fan, and this store, by far, is the one of the most exciting and entertaining places to shop! From the whimsical prints to the store's playlist, everything about this store says fun - and that is what the Betsey Johnson brand is all about.

My Favorite!. I am a long-time Betsey Johnson customer. Not only do I buy her clothes, I also go in just to look around. The staff always speak to me and ask if there is anything they can do. They're not lazy. Especially when you actually BUY something. When you try something on, they are more than willing to try to find you another size, or just find another dress that looks and fits better than the one before. The clothes are unique and a good quality. Anyone who actually OWNS clothing from the store would know that....

STAY AWAY. Sales people were demeaning. Return policy not clear. Just go in knowing all the rules. You won't be told them. Terrible atmosphere. Totally ignored as customer. Not at all helpful in helping you choose. Sat at desk and said nothing. WE desire better. Period. But, particularly in light of how much you are paying for the clothes. Not at all what Betsey Johnson would approve of -- does not reflect her spirit. That is the tragedy of it all.
