Horrible Service, Horrible ethics.
Never in my entire life have I ever felt so used by a bank. I have fighting for 6 months now trying to get $750 that paid for an Official Check that never reached its destination. Filled out all paperwork after the 90 day waiting period and have been waiting for about 5 months now for my money since the 90 day waiting period was over. It has been very frustrating. I walk in the bank everyday only to be greeted by a different person at the same bank and only to have to tell the situation over while this person just stares at me like I am some common criminal not a customer of this bank. The employees are downright rude and the turnover rate is ridiculous. I have spoken with 3 different bank managers and many other people that are "just trying to help me". They seem to think I am an idiot and don't realize that I have been shifted from person to person and still there is no resolution. At this point I have contacted the OCC, Attorney General and all other entities to enlist there help so I can resolve this matter. This bank is no help when it comes to the little people and as soon as this is over I am leaving this bank and going elsewhere. Do not bank here they will lie and rip you off, their fees are outrageous and there customer service is horrendous.
